INTERVIEW HELP

"Maybe you have attended interviews
before but have had little or
no success in getting the job."

Getting a job interview means you have already made an excellent first impression through your CV or application.  So you are more than half way there!

Attending an interview can be a nerve racking experience for most people, and it is quite natural to feel this way.  Nerves are actually quite helpful, if they are used in the right way.  Potential employers understand that candidates will be anxious and it actually shows you care and are keen to do your best.

Practice does make perfect though and most people benefit from some help and advice before the big day.

Maybe you have never been on a job interview before and do not know how to prepare for it or what to expect.

TESTIMONIAL

"In 2015, after 19 years in a managerial role, I was made redundant.  For the first time in my life, and at the age of 56, I had to reconsider my whole future. Having been in full time employment since I left school this situation came as a huge shock to me and given my age I wondered if I would ever get back into the workplace. This was a very low point in my life and one which Eleanor, with her drive and enthusiasm, helped me turn around so that the negative thoughts became fewer and the positive ones took the lead."
